Online Support with our Knowledgebase
We offer an extensive Knowledgebase, which features articles and explanations or “how to's” to all our users.
Our premium support includes email and phone support to our premium members only. We are real people located in Redmond, Washington. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (but we frequently work more). The fastest way to reach us is by email because we can try to respond outside of normal business hours from home or our smart phones. We cannot promise, but we try our best.
